*Q: How long has Blooming Grove Stair been in business?* A: Blooming Grove Stair has been a family of professionals in business for over 30 years. *Q: When in the building process should I call in a stair company?* A: As early in the design process of your home as possible. We can work with your architect to design a specialty stair before your framing process even begins. Q: Do you do work with existing stairs if I am doing a renovation? A: Blooming Grove stair is willing to work with you in your home renovation process. Either working with the stairs you have already or providing new stairs and railings. *Q: Do you send someone to my home to discuss my options and will it cost me anything?* A: Blooming Grove Stair company has trained professionals that can come to your home to discuss your options as far as replacing what you have or adding on to your existing home. Sometimes there is a fee but this will get applied to the job if you decide to go ahead with it once the job is quoted from the measurements we take from your home.	*Q: Do you have a showroom & sales people that I can meet with for extra guidance? A: Our showroom is located at #1 Stair Way; Monroe, New York. Close to NY Route 17, and NY Thruway 87. Our office is open Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30 PM. Saturday's by appointment only. We have a professional sales staff that can answer any questions you have as well as show you samples of stairs and railing we have done through displays in our showroom, or a wide array of pictures of jobs we have done. Q: Do you do the installation of stairs, or do I have to find a contractor to do it for me?* A: At Blooming Grove stair we have a professional installation crews who can, if needed, take out your existing staircase and put in your new staircase all in one day. Each job is different though so be sure to give us a call to get conditions and details. *Q: What type of warranty can I expect on the products I receive?* A: A one year warranty on all products is guaranteed, and we stand behind our products for a lifetime of service.

Q: What if I want to use specialty woods?
A: At Blooming Grove stair company we have a wide array of species of woods available to you as the consumer. If you want it we can get it. We have spent our many years in business building up our vendor base to be able to provide you the wood you want for the look you want in your home.

Q: What about wrought iron railing, do you install them?
A: At Blooming Grove stair we recognize how important it is for each stair and railing to be unique to it's owner. Thus we pride ourselves in the diversity of products we offer for railings. We specialize in wood, but also install wrought iron balusters with wood railing and posts. We offer wrought iron balusters in a variety of styles and finishes, which afford you the opportunity to arrange them in your own pattern to create a railing unique to only your home.
